Loverboy is a premium, better-for-you beverage and lifestyle brand reinventing the traditional ready-to-drink category with high-quality, low calorie sparkling hard teas and premium canned cocktails. Loverboy’s dilemma was an unusual one. Not many brands can claim the pent up demand their products had as soon as they went to market. Their secret? Founder, Kyle Cooke. In April of 2020, Loverboy launched a wine based Spritz. They turned to Studio Beverage Group for help. Studio Beverage Group was able to provide the team with a turnkey end to end solution that allowed Loverboy to connect directly with their consumers across the USA. Ultimately, Loverboy’s decision to partner with SBG hinged on SBG’s ability to offer a compliant and seamless solution to meet the demand for Loverboy products.  As Loverboy’s business has expanded, to include wine cocktails, Loverboy has leaned  on SBG for recommendations for co-packers and packaging partners.

Loverboy began selling their latest product, canned cocktails, as soon as they were up and running on the SBG platform. They saw immediate, same day, sell-through which resulted in high 6 figures in the first week of working with the SBG platform.

Loverboy’s largest launch to date was with their canned espresso martini. Supported by a PR launch, the launch of this new product brought in just shy of $1 million in sales. The Loverboy team states this sales through success would not have been possible without the attentiveness of SBG’s Cindy Arcila, Director of Partner Success.
